We had a wonderful stay at Avid Hotel! After getting off our MSC cruise, we were tired and hoping for a place to relax—and they kindly let us check in early, which meant so much to us. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after traveling. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!
Stayed here before we left for a cruise. The shuttle from the airport made it nice. Room was nice and bed was good with choices of pillows but we could hear freeway noise out our window. Elcie took care of breakfast with a smile! She worked so hard keeping everyone happy! It was a busy morning and she handled it with love and care!
We had a wonderful stay at Avid Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. A special shoutout to Greg, the manager, who is absolutely wonderful to talk to. He genuinely cares about the guests and goes out of his way to ensure we have a pleasant and smooth stay every time. The breakfast is good and served warm, which is such a nice way to start the day. The rooms are very well kept, and clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property.
The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located near the airport and Port Everglades. However, the best part is its staff. There was some confusion with respect to our reservation. However, it was quickly resolved by Greg Shaw and his colleague, Kimlie. They could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area.
Close to airport..free shuttle to and from Airport. Staff was great. Breakfast was ample, but space and setup not the best for a crowd! Stayed before and after cruise. Got a different room early stay due to hair ball in shower. Floors are all coming up..peel and stick maybe..and need changed out. Costa Coffee in the lounge area was great! Fresh ground every cup!
Staying was nice. Comfy rooms and nice people in the lobby. Don't forget to press Constant Fan and Low on the air conditioner or it will have troubles working. Breakfast was amazing
Stayed while travelling in miami, the hotel was near FLL airport which was fantasic. there is 24/7 coffee machine and water in the lobby, a mini fridge and safe to store food and items in the small room with no closets. Room service was done first night then we got skipped on, had to request room service from the nice front desk. There was USB charging ports in the room, but not all wall plug points worked for some odd reason. overall enjoyed our stay, would rate 5/5 if our room was cleaned daily with also new towels. the atmosphere was really welcoming overall, the manager was there every morning making sure everyone was doing great.
Not really sure why sone reviews were bad. This will be our go to hotel for cruising out of port Everglades. Kimle (sp?) and the rest of the front desk staff were amazing. Shuttle was on time and the third party shuttle for the cruise they recommended was affordable and on time. Rooms weren't fancy but clean and had everything you need. It is perfect for a pre or post cruise stay!
